• Health Savings Plan (HSP)
  • The plan deductible amounts have increased. For individual coverage the deductible will be $1,750, while the family deductible will be $3,500.
  • If you are enrolled in the HSP, per the IRS, you can contribute to your Health Savings Account (HSA) the following: up to $4,500 if you have individual coverage, and up to $9,000 if you cover dependents.
  • There will be a new pharmacy tier for GLP-1 medications if taken for weight loss (coverage through www.optumrx.com), $150 Copay applies after the deductible for 30-day supply.
• Total Health Plan
  • The Emergency Room (ER) benefit changed from $250 to $300 copay per visit (waived if admitted).
